Hormones are the molecules that would be produced by the endocrine glands and neurotransmitterds would. E produced by the neurons. Hormones may be acting at some distance from the endocrine glands and neurotransmitters act on specific neurons. Hormones, take some time to act which may be acting from a few seconds to some days and neurotransmitters act within a few milliseconds.
