Answer #1

Organizers crimes are the activities carried out to make profit or money, it may include blackmailing, violence, human trafficking, bribery. People in rural areas are generally innocent, they are not clearly aware of rulea. They see the world in black and white. They are fascinated by the city life , the luxurious life which city people are living and hence in search of some more money they may quickly get involved into organised crime. So if people are made aware about hazards of bribery or human trafficking, they may prohibit such activities in general. Organizers crimes are targetting rural areas due to the above mentioned reasons.

Drug dealing etc is very common on the boundaries rather than in the cities. So programs should be held in order to make people aware about organised crimes. This would combat organised crimes in general.
