Food products that claim to be healthy or that make health claims are definitely unhealthy. The product has to be packed else it cannot be sold. Any product which is packaged is unhealthy and must be avoided. Food products in their most natural form are the healthiest. The packaging itself has the list of ingredients used in the product. The lesser the ingredients, the healthier it is. Food products that make health claims are a gimmick. It has the same amount of calories as a non-healthy product and other added ingredients which are definitely unhealthy.

Getting out of the super-market after purchasing the needed items is a wise idea. Super-markets play with human psychology. The more time you spend at the super-market the more likely are you to buy unnecessary things, perhaps which means the unhealthy stuff. Don't stand at the queue for too long and get out as soon as you can because displaying products at the billing counter is one of the tactics to make the customer purchase whatever is kept for display.
