Answer #1

Since history it can be said that federal govt have taken many strong steps in the international relations which sometimes were not even so ethical also, as discussed . But now the scenerio have changed and other weaker countries are now becoming educated and developed themselves economically, socially and powerfully also which makes them feel that they should not tolerate if some justice not done with them in international relations. so now federal governments are trying to change their way of working but not all the members in the governments are ready to negotiate the facts and trying to save their older images which are practically backdated as of now. Example may be taken of hirosima nagasaki bombing by federal govt on japan , which right now is not possible because they have technologically developed themselves. Korea on the other side have made themselves super power in atomic weapons too which federal may have to accept the risks of back firing.
