Answer #1
  • Communication is inevitable because we communicate all the time, even if we do not realize that we are doing so.We communicate through gestures and facial expressions and we also communicate through lack of gestures and expressions.Even sitting stoically and unmoving we are still communicating some sort of message to anyone who looks upon us.
  • For example when Someone is smiling at person and they just passed them without noticing them. They might think that the person is trying to ignore them by their gestures.
  • Communication is irreversible because we cannot undo whatever message we have sent and conveyed to someone, whether its verbal or non verbal.Any message sent intentionally or unintenionally cannot be taken back.
  • For example,if I communicate to someone that I do not agree with them and pass a judgment I cannot take my words back. They have already been conveyed.
  • It is unrepeatable because we would never communicate the message in the same manner again. Each communication instance is unique at that moment in time, accomplished in a uniques, wherein the sender and the receiver of the message cannot repeat their physical movements, thoughts, perceptions and the exact environment of the communication precisely. The next communication will wary,no matter how little it does.
  • For example,in an argument in a boardroom, the opinions and comments are being conveyed in that moment, and it would not be the same if it happens in some different place and also with different people.
