There are seven principles in quality management where Leadership is one principle which is important.

These principles are set for the improvement of the organization

Leadership

1) To set organization values for the organization which everyone in the organization should follow

2) To set vision of the organization and objectives

3) Lay a foundation and a path to achieve those objective

4) Try to take challenges so that there will be innovation in work

5) Get along with employees , co workers and even with ground level staff

6) Be supportive to employees and always motivate them

7) Build trust in the organization so that people will have bond with each other

8) Don't loose your ethics and moral values when to take tough calls.
