One should be aware about emotional moments and work tension. If a person is in great tension that he couldn't solve the issues in his work, then he should get seek help from others. If he is emotionally weak, then he should avoid all those thoughts while working.

Below are the points that a person could follow to keep his emotions away while working:

He can take rest every 10 minutes to avoid bad working efficiency.

He can be surrounded by positive vibe people so that he will do the needful and then think about his own thoughts.

Though everyone says their own point of view about working when emotionally weak, it requires practice otherwise it is not possible to do their work and atlast they will be frustrated that they can't do anything on their own.

It is only possible to work when they avoid their distractions which also include their own emotions. It is possible for the focused people to concentrate on work but to be focused , the person shouldn't be distracted.

Emotions are not so easy to keep away from work, but if u wanna do the work properly then the person can practice it from small timing so that they can control their mind from any other thoughts later.
