Make a list of the daily hassles you commonly encounter, such as being awakened early by loud neighbors, standing in a long line for lunch, or repeatedly misplacing your keys. Divide your list into two groups: avoidable and unavoidable. For each stressor that is potentially avoidable, describe a strategy for eliminating it from your life. For stressors that are unavoidable, make a list of effective coping mechanisms. Once all the list are made, create a 300 to 400 word reflection/summary using the information from these created list. The summary is what should be submitted not the list.

The stressor that are avoidable in my daily life are fear of coping with life,health related issues,family relationships,organizing my daily routine.The stressor cannot be eliminated but i can learn to cope with it.Fear and health is something i have been working on with positive affirmations on a daily basis.I repeatedy follow cognitive exercises to alleviate unwanted thoughts and beliefs.Unavoidable stressor is dealing with loneliness, empty nest syndrome.The only way i can cope is to make friends,do gardening,keep myself busy and active all day ,not to have an idle mind.I chose to volunteer as it gives me immense satisfactiion to help the underpreveliged.Spending quality time with them,reading out stories to children,assisting in their home work etc.
