Answer #1

Depending on the employee, your role, and the type and size of the company you work for, you will be expected to attend evaluation meetings (called a performance review) with your network manager once or twice a year. .

Do not confuse that the assessment is very different from the random catch you have with your manager that focuses on a specific project or issue. In contrast, evaluation has a structure that involves preparation and can have far-reaching consequences. Finally, they are designed to evaluate your overall progress in a role. Areas that you are achieving but also need places to improve. A good review of the performance will look at the workload, career, goals, and overall comfort in the role. Assessment should improve your life.
