Homework Answers

Answer #1

Most of the time, we get mixed ability students in the classroom. So setting the same teaching methodology and content wouldn't be a viable option. Divide them into groups would solve this issue.

1. Students with same skill set will form a group. If the students fall in the same skill, knowledge or proficiency level, then they can be grouped together.

2. Students with same interest level will work things better because they share a common interest, they will complete the instructions efficiently. This interest is not based on the subject but in different subjects such as, movies, reading, sports etc.

3. Students can also be grouped depending on their interest in the subject. This will help the instructor to apply different methodology to different groups.
