It is very important to understand the person needs, traits or the motives so that the person can understand what he wants, what he likes, whst he dislike etc.. He can understand the mood of the person, when he is sad or angry or etc.. If you can know these things than you can well about the person his thinking and can make the better relationship with the person in any relation.. If you can know his motive than you can motivate him to that, Can courage him help him in that etc.. Making the bond more stronger..!!
