- Accepting aging as a part of life but not limiting oneself
because of this.
- Developing healthy eating habits.
- Avoiding unnecessary stress and tensions.
- Developing habits of exercising to keep body fit as
walking.
- Slowing of decline in cognitive abilities of oneself by
engaging in activities that gives joy and happiness as traveling,
learning a new language, listening to music or learning
it,community work etc.
- Having adequate sleep.
- Maintaining familial bonds and interpretations relationships of
friends.
- Having regular check-up of one's health
The key for healthy aging is keeping oneself fit in all aspects
that's physically, emotionally, socially and psychologically.This
can reinforced by creating awareness among the aging and
preparedness among them.
