1.alarm reaction (AR) stage: It is the general adaptation stage. In which the flight or fight response exhibit by the human.
2.resistance (SR) stage: in this stage body adapts according to the stressor it is exposed.
3 exhaustion (SE) stage: in this stage body resistance to the stressor deceased quickly and it may be exhausted quickly.
