Stress response plays an important role in the immune system development. Whenever there is a metabolic stress there is formation of T-conv cells more which will lead to the formation of the Th-1 and Th-17 cells which are highly involved in the inflammatory reaction leading to the auto-immune disorder.. The conversion of T-reg cells stops which is the key controller of the inflammation and auto-immune disorders.
Moreover with the stress there will be no maturation of the T-reg cell which is used as a metabolic stress sensor body will be defective of maintainince cells..!!
