To be happy or bring Epicurean tranquility in life one should avoid overindulge in seeking bodily pleasures as eating and drinking, should strive for pleasures that soothes the soul as helping others ,having empathy towards others. Overcome the fears of life that causes worry and anxiety. Learn to achieve content with whatever the life provide in it's way. Abstaining oneself from ways that may cause pain in the long run. Thus, one can have Epicurean tranquility in life.
