Answer #1

Answer- Birth outcomes describe health at birth. These outcomes, for example, low birth rate shows a child's morbidity. Measures such as the rate of infant mortility and low birth rate can be used to examine inequality in maternal and child health. Generally, it is found that wealthier and more educated mothers have better outcomes because they have security and less stressful environments. These women have many resources to live a healthy life. On the other hand, American African women have negative impact of racism. It increases stress which makes nourishment to the baby difficult. The stress of racism have a great impact on pregnancy and they do not have good resources as well. As a result, African American women have worse outcomes than their white counterparts.
