In order to better understand student gaps, it is essential that a detailed and comprehensive assessment and analysis of performance is undertaken. This includes doing an error analysis and identify the areas in which the student needs assistance or guidance. Therefore, observation and detailed analysis of samples of student work are some of the techniques that may facilitate this process. Psychoeducation is something that may help in tecahing adults, especially teachers. Also, self analysis questionnaires pertaining to where they stand as of now in terms of their current approach towards student errors is something that needs to be streamlined. Moreover, through effective psychoeducation through training workshops and sensitization programs, they can help the teachers enhance their empathy and compassion in order to relate bette to their students, their difficulties and challenges.
