need better explanation please. This is for electrostatics experiment where we had to charge materials by induction and understand the distribution of charge on different objects

1. Electrostatic phenomena resulting in personal shock are more prevalent in areas of low humidity. Qualitatively explain why this is the case and how it might manifest itself as a systematic error in your experiments. Is is better to perform this experiment on a dry day or a humid day? Why?

We can sharge materials by induction. in this phenomenon charge is accumulated on surface of material. In low humidity ionisation is lower shock are more prevalent.

In experiment this can cause syatematic error as due to electrostatic charge many elecric quantities are influenced and they can change as per the value opf charge. static charge produce electric field which can affect your experiment results.

It is better to perform this experiment on humid day.
