(Answer) For this research, it would be essential to compare two different months where the pamphlets were distributed and one where they were not. One might tally the number of tests taken in a month without the distribution of pamphlets.

In the second step, one could arrange for pamphlet distribution in areas where target audiences are likely to be found. For instance, outside office buildings, hospitals, malls or busy areas. Once this is done, the researcher could simultaneously calculate the visitors within that month.

After the completion of this month, both the results could be calculated with a correlation coefficient and the results could be analysed. The results might simply be able to indicate whether or not the pamphlets made a significant difference in the amount of test that month.
