Answer 1

1)The couple can take the PPO plan because they just want to do a infertility testing being a healthy couple with no medical or gyneac illness.

2)They can go with HMO plan because it covers medical equipment. This could be received on a relatively low cost

3)Any client with long tern illness like asthma need a HMO plan because they may have frequent visit to hospital .

4)PPO plan fits best because a physician is not necessary at this stage. They planned for a new year resolution to be healthy.
