• In substance addiction, brain works as rewarding or causes pleasure ,whenever any drug is habituated. Neuroadaptation is the adaptation of neurons to remain tolerant to higher concentration of neurotransmitter release drugs and alcohol in the body.
• Once neuroadaptation occurs,the user under unstimulated conditions,will not be able to experience pleasure due to which there might be some interference in emotional processing.There might be bouts of anger, anxiety, fear etc.This extreme fluctuation is because of the neurotransmitter insensitivity to feel opposite of euphoric feelings.
• Law of parsimony states the simplest explanation of an event or occasion is the one which hasno or minimum assumptions.In medical diagnosis this law is important, as it helps in identification of the most basic reasoning.
