Day 1

I dreamt that I was swimming on the beach which is one of my favourite things to do. But because I haven't visited the beach recently and will not be going anytime soon I think I dreamt this because I was stressed and visualization is like a coping mechanism for me.

Day 2

I dreamt that a mouse had come inside my house and was tearing everything apart. Maybe this is because there are very few animals on the streets because of the lockdown.

Day 3

I dreamt that all the food at home got over and all the shops were closed so I couldn't find anything to eat and was hungry. Maybe the reasoning behind this is the COVID-19 virus and lockdown and everything that is happening around us.
