Suppose a leader colleague at an HCO says, “I don’t think our culture is where it should be.” Another leader responds, “I disagree. I think our culture is fine, and we spend too much money on training and rounding.” What data would you review to validate or clarify their concerns? How would you reach a consensus on defining “where it should be”? On “too much money,” or, better yet, on “the right amount of money”?
If a leader colleague at HCO says that"I do not think our culture is where it should be", then I must say he is pointing out the Organizational culture at that particular HCO.If we analyze the statement it is clear that the leader is not satisfy with the organizational Cuture prevailed within that HCO.Though it is not sure, in what context it was said, but the concern raised by the leader colleague is very serious and the matter shhould be looked into seriously.In order to clarify the validity of the concern raised by the Leader colleague atan HCO, we should examine the existing organizational structure, organizational climate, working environment and current organizational practices.For this we need to conduct a research in order to arrive in a cponclusion.

In order to arrive in a consensus "Where it should be" , we must analyze the present situation and mwe must compare it with the Ideal Situation. We should first agree with what should be the Ideal Organizational Cuture based with the Mission and Vision Statement of the Organization.Then we compare with the existing system and shall arrive in final conclusion.
Consensus must also be arrived to define what amount is right for spending.Here Right amount may be spend to improve the organization culture. We must agree what should be the Right amount to be spend on improving the Organizational Culture.
