This make it less likely for them to thrive in a workplace setting which requires coperation for fruitful operation and best professional outcomes.

As opposed to this, the people with Narcisstic personality are more extrovert and open minded. This helps better descision making with a practical outlook which is required in a professional setting. They are impressive people who can demonstrate their traits well. Narcissits work for a positive petrsonal growth which leads them to perform well professionally. Therefore , the people with Narcissistic personality thrive best in workplace setting as compared to the pnes with a Psychopathy personality.
