1. Integrity and honesty .

2. Creative and innovative .

3. Commitment and passion with hardwork .

These three events is utmost necessity for growing up and development of leadership skill.

It will helps to mould person at his best level.It will helps to findout his passion and enhanceing capablity to work dedicatedly .This events makes their life more transparent as well as to make resoursefull person.There life will become more meaningful by all round develoment of personality .
