Yes it is possible and feasible. Take a big magnet and a small magnet.there should be hole in the middle of the big magnet and the smaller magnet should be smaller than the hole of the bigger magnet.Make a top with the smaller magnet.now keep a sheet of cardboard or something similar on top of the bigger magnet.spin the smaller magnetice top by keeping it on top of the cardboard.be careful to keep it exactly on top of the hole of the bigger magnet.once the spin of the top is stabilised then lift the cardboard carefully.and remove the cardboard.
