When a truck collides with a small car, both the car and truck experiences a force during collision in opposite directions. The car experiences a force from truck whereas the truck experiences a force due to car.

The magnitude of force experienced by both car and truck are equal in magntiude because according to the newton's third law of motion , every action has equal and ooposite reaction . Example weight of an object is the force exerted by the object on the surface and in return the surface exerts an equal force known as Normal force on the object in opposite direction (upwards).

Therefore, option 3 is correct " The truck and the car experience the same magnitude of force".
