Activity 1

Walk around your home and note down things that use energy.And now discuss and find what source of energy is used

eg:candle-light

clock-batteries

car-petrol or diseal etc

different types of energies are

1.light energy

2.electrical energy

3.heat energy

4.sound energy

5.chemical energy

Activity2

divide students in to groups of four or five and ask students to note down things they see around in alphabetical order from A to Z .Ask them to encircle the ones which use energy and note down the source of energy .
