the IT project may fail due to various reasons from initial stage to extreme stage of organization and all these factors depends upon organization work environment. some of the reasons are describe below-

1. lack of leadership and improper governance: this is due to improper work structure of an organization which is managed by manger and upper qualification person which may help to provide guidelines to other employees.

3.lack of team effort: To make a project sucessful team effort is a necessary thing so that the project should completed on time with desired goals.

4. complexity of project: IT projects never needs any complication while structuring the work the goal must be simply define which is followed by certrain easy task on the basis of forecsted data .

5. improper planning : manager , project manager, team leader should know each and every thing about the project they must have capability to encourage employee and should have some creative qualities which may help to come out from any probem.

6. improper engaement of stakeholders: according to the market survey stakehoder should have full faith on organization and ther must be some transperacy between each level of project handelling so that if any problem is occur that should be tackel in a better and best way etc.

in my opinion ,for the sucess of any initial project should follow such steps like-

1. the goal and desired task should properly define in work structure

2. team member should be choosen by the owm specilization in that project

3. some work oriented skill guidelines lecture or speech must be taken time to time so that employees must be always give their maximum effort.

4. planning shold be done on the basis of market policies and some goverment policies etc.
