Situation

I sent an email to my boss requesting for leave of 1 week due to some very urgent personal reason . My grandmother was very ill, so i had to vist her at her place which is far off. But rather than allowing me leave so taht i can take care of her, he asked me to first submit the report of a project , and then go on leave . He was not at all concerned about the health of my grandmother and was focussed only on work completion.

Two reasons why inhibition occures are as follows :

  • Pressure from top management team to complete the project on my boss.
  • Lack of emotional consciousness and sensitivity.
