My last ideal group of board members would be having a diverse background. I would arrange my board with a cross-section of people. Like doctors, vice presidents, managers, and retirees. I also would go with people I respected and wanted advice from. With that being stated, these people need to share a diverse background of experience to pull from if they're going to be of assistance to my company.
