What do you believe the “contract” is or

should be between our citizens and the government when it comes to healthcare services, do we have a right to healthcare, how do we fund services, and is/are all persons regardless of citizenship entitled to receive healthcare services?

The basic Healthcare arrangement between the government and people does take into account their citizenship and their income as far as providing Healthcare services is considered. The contract between both the parties should consider the facts like income, area and need of the people and should change accordingly. Everybody has the right to healthcare, provided, they belong to a certain level of income and actually require it. The funding for medical Healthcare facilities should come from the government which can also employ the use of third party companies in order to provide the services which are required and the money that needs to be raised for it. People should also actively be aware of the policies regarding Healthcare that is made or amended into their contracts every time there is a new addition or change to the contract.
