It is necessary that you realise and admit the mistakes, that does not show you are weak as an human being everyone will commit mistakes you have to learn from the misutaked and should not commit in future.

He said its ok to admit that you don't know about something and you don't have any idea of the issue.Being in a responsible position you should take responsible for what has doen in the organization. It depicts that you should know about your company to its deepest roots as much as possible.

It is neccessary to bond with your team members so that you can know the details in depth what is going in the organization both formally and unformally.Internal interaction are more important in the organization to know what is happening in the organization and are you ware of it or not.

There are so many things that are demonstarted by Mr.Berg in the testimony and addressed the congress and admits and accepted the mistake. When he was asked about the Facebook's businedd model, about the control that individual user has over their control, and the intensity of information used by facebook,Zuckerberg didnt give any distinct answer and dismissed from addressing them.
