After graduation, I started a company in the food industry but after the initial success of my startup, my business starts to decline because of lack of my personal leadership skills which was not effective and practical.

I have learned a lot from it teach me the lesson, what is good and bad for effective leadership.

The edge of my life is to be a successful entrepreneur but after setback or failure of my company. I became more defensive and insecure about failures in comparison to before. These insecurities also create worries and fear regarding my future and dream(to become a successful entrepreneur).
