Create a product design within an operations management
environment using real world trade arch to support my work as
below
Product design
stakeholders/customer: In order to create a product design
we need to have the list for stakeholders/customers. So that one
can capture their voices for the product design.
Product design
requirement: This is the most important stage of the
product design. We need to review and discuss the requirements for
the products with the stakeholders and customers so that we can
understand the real needs of the product which we can design in the
operation management environment with using the real trade
arch.
Usage of real cases
in the design: As a designer I would like to include the
key learnings and experiences that I had during my professional
career so that I can improve the design to the extent possible and
the design contains the key inputs which makes the design more
robust.
Product
design: The product design can be made with the above
requirements and the inputs from the operation management
environment so that it helps in making the right product for the
organization. The design created for the product will be such that
the product will be acceptable in the market and it contains the
key requirements suitable for the market consumer needs.
Improve design to
achieve capability: The design of the product created
needs to be ensured that the product design is in-line with market
requirements and also meets the consumer requirements. It is very
essential that the product meets with customer key requirements and
market parameters so that the product design is feasible for the
intended purpose in the market. We need to develop the capability
of the product so that it performs well and demonstrates the
desired capability upon its operations.
