Currently, I am working as an Operations Manager in one of the IT MNC so I have a good exposure of managing the operations of the company and thus I will be interested in managing the operations of any other organization too.

Yes, I put a lot of importance to the detailed information about any issue or incident. Without having the detailed overview or information about a certain event, it is not possible to come up with the correct and informed decisions. If decisions are made with the limited details, there are chances of having the biased or unrealistic solution to the problem or circumstance.

In my opinion, Information technology is mainly associated with the use of different computer system to store, retrieve, transmit and modify the data or information particularly with reference to the business organization. I think that at resent IT is the backbone of any business activity and in the absence of IT, the business will be hampered in a great deal.

Not only the advantages but a number of issues are also associated with the use of the internet for the business purposes. With the advent of IT and internet, there is also an increased threat of online fraud, hacking and other malpractices. The over dependency on the internet has really negated the human capability. In fact, the investment in IT has really increased the initial investment in the business operation and any fault in the internment of LAN can standstill the entire operation of the firm.
