Answer #1

False.

I believe that the non traditional feedback is generally the unconventional way of acquiring feedback for an employee and that is possible when feedback for an employee is collected from colleagues, peers, etc. and I believe that this is one aspect in which the conventional performance management was lagging, hence this is incorporated so that the power that the top down system had needs tobe a bit reduced because in such cases generally the supervisor or the manager possess quite a bit of advantage that may result to something unfair for the employee hence the nomn traditional feenback was introduced so that the team members and colleagues should also have a say while evaluating performance of an employee.
