Think of a conflict you have had recently or that you observed among others that you feel was resolved in a positive manner. Next, think of a conflict you have had or observed that did not resolve positively. Conflicts are common in an organisation where people of different cultures and mindsets work. Some conflicts might have positive result and some negative. For example a conflict arose when an employee refused to do certain work and this made the office into two groups. This results in agitations which might turn negative for the organisation. If a member of the management involves and settles the conflict, it will be positive but some conflicts cannot be settled and will have a negative impact on the team. Hence conflicta might be positive or negative
