Customers are the source of income for the companies hence it is very important to build a strong relationship with the customers and maintain it so that they keep on buying with the company and do not leave.

Here is use of information technology for building relationships with customers

  • With the technology the company can be remain connected with the customers by offering them promotional offers, messages, current new arrivals etc so that there interest is maintained in the company. By this way the company gets a position into the mind of the customers.
  • With the technology the companies can track the past sales trend of the customer, likability’s, purchasing capacity etc and they can approach the customer as per the sales trend. This is called customization.
  • The technology tells that where the company was wrong and because of that the sales is not coming. Due to the customer relationship management software the company can find out what went right and what went wrong. as per the data they can form their strategies to tackle those situations . The customer should be happy and satisfied with the company's products or offerings.
