How does a Club Manager's relationship with his guest differ to that of a hotel General Manager?

Homework Answers

Answer #1

A club's manager will have a greater level of contact with the guests as compared to a hotel's general manager. A club's manager has to give immediate attention to his guests as there are many services that are going to be provided readily to the guest. On the other hand, a hotel's general manager will not have that sort of personal relationships with the guests when compared to a club's manager.
