While my internship as Human Resources Assistant Internship At A Local Radio Station, I learned a lot of skills related to HRM, organizational behvior and office management. My senior manager to whom i used to report my progress on daily basis was a great mentor. His personality, leadership skills, knowledge of HR domain and people skills was great. He always discuss with me about current trend in human resources and OB.

He used to teach me new skills and aspects related to problems faced by Local radio station. He delegated many times crucial work totally handled to me like preparing pay slip, analyzing the annual appraisal file and many other work related to office administration. When sales executives arrived at evening, he asks me to take a daily performance feedback of him by developing the scale and parameters. My behavior was good to all they support me and suggest me to grow in this career path. I was impressed with the discipline, corporate culture and professionalism in the employees.
