Answer #1

Adidas current strategy is all about efficient productivity, improved products distribution, improving the overall supply chain, reaching out different strategic metropolitan cities and having a culture at organizational level where values, confidence and creativity are promoted and lived with.

The only defect in these strategies is that there are so many plans and it lacks a focus or priorities. There has to be stages set in which these strategic goals has to be attained. The company has nowhere mentions about its technological innovation interest which is a must require even for companies in non-technological and engagement in social media campaign. These marketing strategies and technology adoption are what Adidas lacks and has to include in its strategic vision and choices
