Charity is way much better than the other two managers that is Derek and Thunder in terms of satisfying the needs of its employees. Although all the employees from these three companies get paid the same amount and have similar packages, Charity’s coffee shop has added advantages when it comes to satisfying its employee’s needs.

Charity is very much concerned with community work and it allows its employers to participate in activities such as fundraising for local children’s charities, provision of coffee and pancakes for breakfast for fire department team, fundraising to fight breast cancer and finally holding up of putlock picnics in the park for its employees to participate in games such as softball, volleyball, and frisbee golf. Once an employee is employed in the coffee shop, he or she rarely quits.

On the other side, Derek rarely involves its employers. Thunder invites its employers to take part in the major league baseball games but it does not hold events such as storewide. Also, Thunder has actually a few honest employees compared to Charity.
