They do not live up their mission and value statement due to complaints against them regarding providing employees slave like working condition whereas in contrast their value statement mentioned on website says they respect the people and maintain ethical standards at work.

As a competitor business strategy that will work is :

a. Collaborating with the Goodwill industry as they are already established in market, therefore through union we can cover their weakness by providing workable strategy and work together to accomplish a shared vision and mission.
