Activity: jot down the various thoughts, emotions and activities you go through when you are lonely.

d. Was being lonely comforting or disturbing?

e. How did this activity help in achieving the goal for the emweek?

Topic 2: relationship

Goal: to analyse your close bonds

Activity: list down the main 5 people in your inner circle and why do you feel they are your mains in 200 words?

Questions: a. Are your bonds in good terms with all your mains?

b. How much easy was it to write about them?

c. Was it sufficient to sum up the entire reasoning in 200 words?

d. What was common in all of them?

e. How did this activity help you to analyse your close ones?

Topic 3: fear

Goal: to face your fear

Activity: write down your 3 darkest fears and what makes you afraid of them?

Questions: a. What emotions overpower you when you hear about these fears?

b. One activity to overcome your fears.

c. Does support help in relaxing you?

d. How did this activity help you analyse your fear?

e. Were you able to analyse the problem with others listening to their fears?

Topic 4: hobbies

Goal: to bringout the talent within

Activity: write down the seven most relaxed things that you can do at anytime without a hesitation and perform them one at a time

Questions: a. What were the most astonishing things in your hobbies?

b. What feelings did you encounter performing them?

c. Were these helpful to cut down the negativity?

d. How did this activity help you?

e. What do you feel can be done to encourage your hobbies into talents?
