If you click on I agree box, odds are that its terms are binding on you, even if the box contains dozens or even hundreds of lines of dense text. Is this fair? Should the law change to limit the enforceability of click-wraps?

It has been identified that there are so many forms and agreements related documents and other forms of data. Where terms and conditions related information is written and finally the form will have an I agree box to select and accept terms and conditions.

The information that is provided in the documents and the information and that is provided manually are not at all related. Very few people and intelligent people will concentrate on the terms given below ,sometimes even that people will blindly click on I agree box to accept and proceed further. Later they get to know that the information provided manually and the written information says different which bring clashes and finally the signed document will be considered as a proof in front of seeking justice.

Basically these kind of frauds are identified in Insurances, legal documents, polices, trading, agreements and organizations providing employment etc., are the cases where people are least bother to read entire documents and click on the check box stating I agree.

Why people avoid most of the documents because of their terms and conditions that are included in hundreds and thousands of lines. No one shows interest to read and few are failed to understand even though they read it. Because of the terms and conditions the words that are used are critical and terminology based which are failed to understand.

Even though they are multiple and initiative steps that brought by the government through various ads and cautions that are provided that these documents needs to be read carefully and understood in order to avoid risks.

This is not at all fair in any business by cheating its customers and considering a simple click. Because most of the people are not aware of what is written in the documents and what risks are involved in it.

Yes the law needs to be changed and new laws to bring in order to avoid these kind of issues. The law has to be made in such a way that it should benefit both vendor and the customer during this process. And needs to be analysed from both the sides. The terms and conditions which are missing the missing terms needs to be provided and supplied to the court. Most of the partied stated that most of the contract provisions and provided a clear basis for additional ones.
