Even though they are multiple and initiative steps that brought by the government through various ads and cautions that are provided that these documents needs to be read carefully and understood in order to avoid risks.
This is not at all fair in any business by cheating its customers and considering a simple click. Because most of the people are not aware of what is written in the documents and what risks are involved in it.
Yes the law needs to be changed and new laws to bring in order to avoid these kind of issues. The law has to be made in such a way that it should benefit both vendor and the customer during this process. And needs to be analysed from both the sides. The terms and conditions which are missing the missing terms needs to be provided and supplied to the court. Most of the partied stated that most of the contract provisions and provided a clear basis for additional ones.
