These perspectives makes the business much more responsible towards the society . It helps the business in understanding what is ethical and what is unethical. It also makes the society understand what is better for them and how they must utilise the opportunitities available. It imposes the fact that stakeholders must be given high importance in a business as they are the ones being effected by it's practices.
