In stakeholder relationship there are four stages, which are 1: inactive 2:reactive 3: proactive, and 4: interactive. Inactive means these companies actually ignore stakeholder  concerns. .The reactive means the situation is more defensive in nature and relationship is based on any forced event .Proactive is the stage where the organisation will foresee the requirements and concern of stakeholder. Last one is interactive which means these companies actively engage with the stakeholders in an ongoing relationship which is of the category of mutual respect, openness and trust.
