Answer #1

The most effective pay for perfromance option for my current job is incentive sales commission. This type of pay for performance option is suitable for sales organization as each individual sales member is assigned a particular sales target. The sales commision is decided on a percentage basis based on the dollar value of sales made each month. The sales commision is fixed at 10% of the total sales revenue generated per month. Each individual must first achieve the sales target assigned and once the sales exceed the sales target the incentive is given on the total sales achieved . This keeps the sales personnel motivated to achieve the sales target as they are assured of an incentive and they do their best to achieve more and more sales.
