• Big 5 personality traits based in the five factor model theory is by far the most established and accurate one, both in academia and in practice.
• The theory that best describes my personality is the big 5 theory and its OCEAN factors and is the most accurate theory of personality according to my opinion.
• Openness to experience concerns an individual’s willingness to try to new things, to be vulnerable, and the ability to think outside the box.It helps to describe my imaginative and creative quality and why I love trying new things and why I am always curious about new concepts and ideas.Being on high this trait makes me understand why I love learning new things and my in interest in art.
• Conscientiousness is a trait that can be described as the tendency to control impulses and act in socially acceptable ways, behaviors that facilitate goal-directed behavior.Having high level of this traits makes me persistent and a follower of rules. I like attention to detail in my work and plan my work effectively. I like organizing things and be thorough with my work.I am hard working and ambitious and require perfection in everything.
• Extraversion This factor has two familiar ends of the spectrum: extroversion and introversion. It concerns where an individual draws their energy and how they interact with others. In general, extroverts draw energy or “recharge” from interacting with others, while introverts get tired from interacting with others and replenish their energy from solitude.Since I like working alone I consider myself to be an introvert.I am quite,reserved,observant and thoughtful,I dont like being the center of attention.
• Agreeableness;This factor concerns how well people get along with others.I do speak to people politely and with respect,I am patient and a good listener.I am sympathetic and affectionate towards people whom i love and always there for them.Always available for help.
• Neuroticism is not a factor of meanness or incompetence, but one of confidence and being comfortable in one’s own skin. It encompasses one’s emotional stability and general temper.Since I am confident and my temper is under control I am low in this trait.I am sure of myself and my plans and adventurous.
